Rocha Negra Black Rock
Rocha Negra Gin is distilled and bottled on the magical volcanic island of São Miguel Azores in Portugal. The name translates to black-grey tonality of volcanic basalt that dominates the marine and rural landscape of the island, it’s a true showcase of the heat generated by the island and reflection of the Azorean Spirit. Rocha Negra is linked to the environment of the Azores where all the botanicals grow on the island that formed millions of years ago from molten lava fighting the ocean.
Tasting Notes: Composed of nine native botanicals that grow on the volcanic basalt island of Azores. Botanical mixture of citrus and herbal plants, including Rock Samphire, a small plant that grows next to the sea adds a natural salty touch with a hint of sweetness.
