Sommelier Note
An elegant, structurally focused Italian red wine demonstrating the refined, fruit-driven characteristics of an estate-grown blend from Panicale. By integrating the bright acidity and herbal complexity of Sangiovese with the plush structural weight of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, this cuvée balances bold extraction with linear elegance. A six-month maturation phase in seasoned French oak tonneaux imparts soft tannins and delicate wood spices. The result is a highly integrated, bright, and texturally rich framework showing exceptional gastronomic versatility.
