Appearance: Bright straw-yellow with subtle greenish reflections and a highly persistent, exceptionally fine perlage.
Nose: Clean and highly dynamic, characterized by initial aromas of vibrant citrus fruit, under-ripe white-skinned orchard fruit, pear, and crisp white flowers.
Palate: Soft, balanced, and confidently dry with a very low residual sugar content of 3 g/l. The mouthfeel reveals a striking, sweeping mineral freshness and clean acidity, culminating in a pristine, precise finish.
