Vinified to highlight fruit typicity and a rounded mouthfeel, this demi-sec expression offers distinct aromatic layering while maintaining a crisp, clean framework. Organoleptic Profile

Appearance: Bright straw-yellow with subtle golden highlights and a persistent, fine perlage.


Nose: Intensely aromatic, opening with rich notes of candied citrus peel, ripe yellow peach, and fragrant white honey, underscored by delicate floral undertones of jasmine and elderflower.


Palate: Soft, enveloping, and distinctly off-dry with a harmonious sweetness that is immediately balanced by a refreshing vein of acidity. The mid-palate reveals luscious stone fruit and a creamy effervescence, leading into a clean, bright finish with no heavy or cloying residue.

Alcohol by Volume (ABV): 11.5% Vol

Volume: 750 ml

Residual Sugar: Demi-Sec classification (approximately 35-40 g/l)

Vinification: Temperature-controlled primary fermentation followed by secondary fermentation using the Martinotti-Charmat method inside pressurized stainless steel vats to gently develop its fine effervescence while preserving primary fruit sugars and aromatic clarity.
